Equipped with automated machinery and efficient computer aided management makes our service to the industry a step ahead.  Punctilious attention is taken in every stage of production, from R&D, tooling, die-casting, electro-plating and 100% strict quality control, providing one stop solution to well-known customers around the world.  Our factory occupied area of approximately 18,000 square meters with more then 500 workers creates a high production capacity, over 40 million in volumes annually.

Automated & manual operated electro-plating and electro-coating production lines provide more than 20 types of plating layers and 100 different kinds of surface finishing to meet various customers’ needs and ensure that our electro-products comply with the strict Europe and USA standard.

More than 52 stamping machines (1.5ton – 60ton) and 6 hydraulic stamping machines (100ton – 1000ton), provide varied manufacturing techniques for all kinds of products.

Under our professional management and QC system, in year 2001, our company has accredited with the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification.  We are also implementing efficient ERP Computer system, 5S and TQM (Total Quality Management) to enhance our productivity and explore international business.

Equipped with high tech X-Ray plating layer analysis machines and salt spray testing machines provide accurate reports to assure the high quality products.
